I feel very passionately about working as a counsellor to help people develop their self awareness, reduce their suffering and make positive change in their life. From my own experience of receiving counselling, I found it to have a highly positive transformational effect on my life.
I believe that we all have within us the ability to cope and respond to any challenge or difficulty we face. If we feel like we have lost this, counselling can help us to reconnect with this part of ourselves.
Rob
I am an individual and group psychotherapist. His background in law combined with many years working as an LGBT+ counsellor and psychotherapist, gives him a deep appreciation and respect for individuals managing change and difference. As a gestalt therapist, Rob's approach is holistic and phenomenological so his clients can expect a unique experience adjusted to their specific needs. His gentle manner and warmth provide a calm, reflective environment conducive to honest self-exploration, supportive challenge and organic growth. He sees clients face-to-face in Chancery Lane and online.

'I am an Integrative Psychotherapist, and I work with current situations and pay close attention to empathic attunement and process. Together we can explore fixed patterns of behaviour and experiment with what might be habitual ways of relating. The phenomenon of being 'stuck' is a reality for many, so the kind of therapy I offer speaks to a willingness of committing to the process. An openness and the will to work on entrenched difficulties is valuable if adjustment and change is to be realised'.
Nicola
I am an open, honest and experienced Person centred therapist and use an integrative approach as one size does not fit all, I work with the material the client is bringing in the here and now. Frankie
Working as an integrative psychotherapeutic practitioner Frankie has developed an interest in helping clients understand how their early relationships with parents, carers, family and peers shape how they relate to others and impact their current relationships. As a result, Frankie has experience of helping clients who have faced depression, anxiety, low self-worth; identity issues, work-related stress, substance and behavioural addictions, and anger problems. He understands how they can be connected to thoughts and feelings that developed in early childhood.

I am a qualified integrative counsellor, which means that in my practice I combine person centred and psychodynamic approaches. As a counsellor I provide clients with support and a safe, non-judgmental and empathic space for emotional and psychological exploration and a place to exercise change. I work with individual clients who are experiencing difficult times in their lives. I work together with clients to make sense of what is happening in their lives, and help them to gain a deeper understanding of reasons that have brought them to counselling. I am able to tailor my interventions and different theoretical models to suit my client needs.

Gestalt Therapy is the original 'present centred' therapy and the role of the Gestalt Therapist is to facilitate bringing into awareness 'cut off' or 'disowned' (outside our awareness) parts of ourselves, thereby making us 'whole'. I work in the here and now regarding your past and present issues, helping you to overcome and move on.
